- I'm nearly finished with Dostoevsky's "Notes from the Underground," which I have read dozens of times before. I'm making my way through Bill Bryson's "A Short History of Nearly Everything," though I have yet to come across anything I didn't already know.

- I finished a semester of college! It's only taken me ten fucking years to do, but I've done it! Go me!
- Tell us a story:
- During my few months of complete homelessness and unemployment in NYC, about six years ago, I was wandering around Union Square where I ran into a guy named Gary. He was fifty years old, well spoken, in good shape, and pretty handsome. He bought me lunch, for which I was very grateful, and we chatted for several hours. As we were on our way out of the restaurant, he told me that, "Your 20's are for getting over your childhood."
Then he offered me money for sex.
I refused.

- I'm shy, quiet, awkward, and a little off. Oh! And I'm laid back. And I have a cat, who is awesome, and her name is Nikki. I'm really excited about the hadron collider they're building over at CERN, so we might finally get a glimpse of those pesky Higgs bosons, assuming they exist. I like books. I write cute songs about silly things and spend a lot of time contemplating the fall of human civilisation. Oh! And I watch lots of movies! I've been on a Hitchcock kick lately, having just run the Kurosawa gauntlet, and have been considering delving further into Werner Herzog and Fritz Lang.
