- I've been reading mostly about the Ukraine, since I'm headed to Kyev in a couple of days. I actually bought Russian for Dummies...my first ever "for dummies" purchase. Hey, you try finding language cds or podcasts teaching one to speak Ukrainian.

- Get a puppy

- Last thing I experienced that impressed or amazed me:
- I went to see the Silversun Pickups open for Wolfmother and got there just as the Silversun Pickups were playing their last song, so I decided to stay for Wolfmother, who I'd seen a few times before and they were just sort of "meh". Not this night, my friend - wow. Super awesome happy number one fun time.
I'm easily impressed. Happens all the time.

- I like to have fun. I like to go places. I like that we now have a democratic house and senate, and am looking forward with glee to the 2008 elections. I have a job I like, as a designer. I've lived in New York, Frankfurt Germany, and now am back living the dream in Chicago.
